Job summary

Undisclosed company is recruiting a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to support a NetSuite ERP implementation and, post-implementation, deliver monthly management accounts and business partnering across the organisation.

The role requires AAT qualification or progress towards CIMA/ACCA, strong analytical and Excel skills, and experience with ERP or accounting systems. ERP implementation experience is a plus. Hybrid/office-based environment is offered.

Qualifications

• You'll be AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification, with experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.
• You'll have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience using ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite desirable), and enjoy improving processes and building relationships across the business.
• Previous ERP implementation experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Initially, you'll support the NetSuite implementation, assisting with data migration, system testing, process improvements and reporting enhancements while working closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Following implementation, you'll prepare monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, analyse business performance, develop KPIs and management information, and partner with the wider business to drive continuous improvement.
