Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Management Accountant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, based in our Leicester site (Hybrid 2-3 days per week on site depending on business needs, with travel to Crick, Head Office when required).

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Produce financial and operational management reports for the site, business, and customers
• Full month-end and balance sheet responsibilities
• Customer data entry and analysis
• Internal flash, forecasting, and budgeting
• Manage key accounts, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure customer retention and identify growth opportunities
• Partner with the central finance team

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or studying towards qualification
• Excellent data manipulation skills and ability to manage multiple data streams confidently
• Strong business partnering skills with effective communication at all levels
• Drive, energy, and commitment to the team and contracts
• Inquisitiveness and passion for challenging teams to improve performance
• Large, open-book logistics experience (desirable)
