Are you an experienced finance professional passionate about business partnering with diverse teams and driving impactful change? We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Management Accountant to join our inclusive and values-driven organisation.

You will be accountable for:

• Collaborating as a Finance Business Partner with department heads and budget holders, to track and review costs for key projects, offering performance improvement suggestions while delivering timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting.
• Monitoring of costs for major projects within TPT, flagging risks & opportunities and challenging overspends.
• Producing monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting for areas of responsibility.
• Conducting statutory reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring of key controls for projects and other areas under your remit.
• Ensuring the accuracy and credibility of CAPEX and OPEX splits on major projects where appropriate to support audits.
• Liaising with external auditors to provide timely, accurate information for financial statements.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members in the Management Accounts Finance team.
• Supporting the Finance Team leadership in activities and projects.

Skills & Experience

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

• Are a qualified accountant, CIMA, ACCA or ACA with strong financial analysis skills.
• Have experience in preparing management accounts and statutory reporting.
• Excel in business partnering with stakeholders and driving effective change management.
• Have demonstrated experience in preparing balance sheet reconciliations and working with internal controls.
• Can analyse and understand financial performance data.
• Have experience of tracking project finances including CAPEX and OPEX.
