Age Partnership is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join the Group Finance team. You will produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow, and provide forecasting and commercial insight to support decision-making across the business.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will partner with stakeholders, deliver board reporting packs, manage balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and payroll reporting, and drive process improvements in a hybrid
Hybrid working is supported; however, the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week (Monday to Friday) to support effective collaboration, stakeholder engagement and team development.
The Management Accountant plays a key role within the Group Finance team, providing accurate financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight to support decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role is responsible for producing monthly management accounts, supporting board reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance. The successful candidate will be encouraged to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and build strong relationships across the Group. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded accountant with strong management accounting and Finance Business Partnering experience. You will have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate and insightful management information. Equally important, you will enjoy building relationships across the business, translating financial data into meaningful insights and supporting stakeholders to make informed decisions. The successful candidate will be naturally curious, keen to challenge the status quo and motivated to continuously improve processes, reporting and business performance.
