Job summary

Vertu Volkswagen Leeds is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team. You will produce management accounts, forecasts, payroll processing, and balance sheet reconciliations, while supporting business decisions with accurate reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders. A company car is provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant.
• Motor trade experience and Kerridge knowledge preferred but not essential.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant
• Motor trade experience and knowledge of Kerridge (or similar systems) preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Excellent numerical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

You'll work closely with the team to produce accurate financial information, enabling effective business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
