The Management Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the accounting and finance department within the property industry. This permanent position is based in Kidlington and focuses on producing accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support decision-making processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for various projects and departments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
• Reconcile balance sheets and manage accruals and prepayments.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional qualification or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
