The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, orpart qualified with in-depth full exposure to the management accounts process.Qualified by experienced candidates will also be considered.

Over time the role may include the management of anAssistant Management Accountant, however prior experience of managing a teamisn’t essential.

Day to day, you'll get involved in:

· Producing full end-to-end monthly managementaccounts

· Variance analysis and commentary for seniorstakeholders

· Helping with budgets, forecasts, and internalreporting

· Ensuring the cash flow forecasts are produced andsubmitted to deadlines

· Attending meetings with internal and externalstakeholders

· Finance business partnering between finance andother departments

· Ensuring compliance with statutory returns

· Supporting junior team members and gettinginvolved in training

· Balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments,accruals, rebates

· Playing a part in the year-end audit andstatutory process

· Identifying ways to improve systems, reporting,and processes

What you’ll bring to the table:

· CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, part qualified orqualified by experience

· Confident working with stakeholders andexplaining numbers clearly

· Someone who enjoys improving processes andadding value
