Reporting to: Group CEO

Team Leadership: 7 finance staff including Financial Controller & Senior Accounts Executives

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a qualified and experienced Group Management Accountant to join a well-established, fast-growing and highly profitable outsourcing services company based in Manchester .

With a competitive base salary of £50,000+ and a performance-driven bonus structure , this role offers both financial reward and career progression at the heart of a rapidly expanding group.

This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Group CEO , leading a team of 7 across all core finance functions, and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full ownership ofmonthly management accountingand financial reporting across several entities
• Prepareclear, insightful KPIs and financial performance analysisfor the CEO and Board
• Manage all aspects ofcredit control, payroll, ledger postings, VAT submissions, andPAYE
• Lead a high-performing team of 7, including a Financial Controller and Senior Accounts Executives
• OverseeSage Line 50 accounting softwareandSage Payrollprocesses with confidence
• Work closely with external firms forstatutory accountsand annualaudits
• Drive improvements, efficiencies, and high standards in every aspect of the finance function

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant(ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong background inmanagement accountingand team leadership
• Proficient in Sage Line 50andSage Payroll—this is essential
• Ideally from apractice background, with experience managing multiple sets of company accounts
• A strong communicator, capable of presenting financial insights clearly to Directors
• Organised, commercially minded, and able to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
• Based within areasonable commute to Manchestercity centre
