Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a Management Accountant to join their London office, four days in the office with Fridays working from home. You will be responsible for monthly UK management accounts and accompanying analysis, and support year-end reporting for regulatory requirements.

Totum Partners is working with a global Law firm who is searching for a Management Accountant to work in their London office (4 days in office and Fridays working from home) and support month-end reporting as well as providing assistance to overseas offices.

• Prepare monthly UK management accounts and accompanying analysis
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit requirements and support the production of regulatory and statutory financial reporting
• Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process and analyse variances and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand financial performance and support business objectives
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of finance processes and systems and support the implementation of new reporting tools and procedures where required
• APPLICANTS MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING IN A LEGAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Experience using Elite 3E/Aderant is highly desirable
• Strong understanding and evidence of preparation of management accounts and month-end experience
• Experience working in a multicurrency environment is highly desirable
