Job summary

An international business is recruiting a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is an ideal move for a newly qualified ACA, preferably with Big 4 or Top 10 practice experience, who wants to transition into industry.

You will partner with senior finance leaders, covering management reporting, financial analysis and business partnering while developing a strong commercial understanding of how the finance function operates within a fast-paced business.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified ACA (or due to qualify soon).
• Experience in Big 4 or Top 10 practice preferred.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with a drive to progress in industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and commentary.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Support year-end and audit activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls and processes.

I'm currently partnering with a well-known international business looking to hire a Management Accountant into their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA accountant, ideally coming from a Big 4 or Top 10 practice background, who is looking to make their first move into industry.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll gain broad exposure across management reporting, financial analysis, business partnering and process improvement, while developing a strong understanding of how a commercial finance function operates.
