Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term

Hours: 39 hours per week

About The Role

1. Accountable to the Senior Management Accountant for delivering draft management accounts monthly.
2. Provide comprehensive budgetary, management, finance, and business support to subsidiaries within Thera Group.
3. Collaborate with Directors and Senior Managers to plan, develop, and implement new initiatives aligned with Thera's strategic direction.
4. Monitor and advise on financial performance of subsidiaries.
5. Assist subsidiary management teams with financial reviews or investigations.
6. This role offers development opportunities aligned with organizational growth.

Skills and Experience

1. Qualified Accountant with AAT or part-qualified/working towards CIMA or ACCA.
2. Ability to work confidently under pressure.
3. Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and operational staff.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate clearly.
6. Experience with statutory accounts, external audits, and group reporting.
