Job summary

Mears is recruiting for a Finance role focused on management accounts and budgeting. The role involves producing monthly management accounts, supporting forecasting, and reconciling balance sheet control accounts. You will analyse performance and provide insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, with experience in managing financial data and collaborating across teams.

• Strong practical experience in Management Accounts.
• Experience analysing financial performance, investigating variances and producing financial information for stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work with finance and non-finance colleagues.
