Hybrid Working - 3/2 split in the office per week

A well-established global organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join its collaborative Finance team. Supporting Senior Management Accountants and Finance Business Partners, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely management reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis against budget
• Conduct overhead reviews and provide insightful commentary on trends and variances
• Prepare and post journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and structured analysis
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
• Work closely with shared services to ensure accuracy of accounts payable and cash postings
• Resolve queries and maintain strong relationships across finance and operational teams

About You

You're a driven, solution-focused finance professional who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. You have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a clear, confident communication style.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance or management accounting role
• Actively studying AAT / CIMA / ACCA
• Proficient in Excel and confident working with financial data
• Experience with accounting systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support continuous improvement
