Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance & Analysis

• Prepare accurate and insightful monthly management accounts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple departments.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide performance commentary.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost centre efficiency.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

Operational Finance

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with VAT returns and statutory reporting.
• Uphold financial controls and ensure compliance.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified (or actively studying).
• Solid experience in management accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills: experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercially minded and proactive in approach.
