Job summary

Pall-Ex seeks a Management Accountant to produce accurate management accounts and support finance leadership. You will deliver timely reports, perform detailed variance analysis, and assist with forecasting and board-ready packs.

The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Working hours are 40 per week, with a permanent contract in Leicestershire.

Responsibilities

• Production of accurate management accounts to communicated deadlines
• Strong analysis to aid decision making
• Review monthly performance with Budget holders (3x General managers)
• Production of board reports
• Production on financial review packs
• Production of accurate weekly flash reports which have high accuracy from business partnership and financial understanding
• Ensuring Balance sheets are updated monthly and supported to aid auditability
• Ensuring the quarterly forecast and annual budget processes follows and achieves the desired timescales
• Assisting in the finance function to achieve its goals, ambitions and objectives and become best in class
