Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is supporting a well-established manufacturing business in County Tyrone to recruit a commercially focused Management Accountant. This hands-on role offers excellent progression and clear visibility across the wider business.

You will lead monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, with strong analytical support and cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Newly or recently qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; ERP experience an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across departments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across all departments.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance issues.
• Partner with operational teams to understand drivers of performance and support decision-making.
• Assist in the development of financial systems, controls and reporting improvements.
