As the company expands, they are seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring robust financial management and strategic decision-making.

The Role:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in their finance team, responsible for preparing financial reports, overseeing budgeting, and supporting commercial growth through financial analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations, helping drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Financial Analysis: Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, tracking financial performance.
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
