Management Accountant

Core3 is delighted to partner with a dynamic and fast-paced business to recruit a Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified, newly qualified, or practice-trained accountant looking to develop their career in a high-revenue, commercially focused environment.

How you'll make an impact

This is a hands-on role with strong business partnering exposure and plenty of opportunity to drive change. You'll work directly with senior leadership and play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving systems and processes, and enhancing overall financial control.

  • Play a key role in the month-end close process and provide financial insight to the Finance Director and Managing Director
  • Produce timely and accurate management accounts, analysis, and cash forecasts
  • Maintain robust financial control through ownership of reconciliations and balance sheet integrity
  • Support the budgeting process, preparing reports and analysis for Board review and sign-off
  • Drive process improvements across finance systems, controls, and reporting
  • Provide financial analysis to support key decisions across all business functions
  • Liaise with auditors and support the year-end process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to ensure finance is well-integrated into operational decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting standards (e.g. OFWAT, UK GAAP, FRS, IFRS)
