Job summary

Huntress is supporting a fast-growing business in Bracknell to recruit a Management Accountant for their expanding finance team. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, or AAT Level 4, with solid experience in management accounting and month-end processes.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver accurate financial information, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, or AAT Level 4 qualified
• Experienced in management accounting and month-end processes
• Strong in Excel with good analytical skills
• Commercially aware with good attention to detail
• Organised and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting month-end close
• Producing financial reports and analysis for management
• Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assisting with cash flow and working capital reporting
• Supporting the Financial Controller with financial controls and reporting
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider finance team

Management Accountant

Huntress is delighted to be supporting a fast-growing business in Bracknell with the appointment of a Management Accountant to join its expanding finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant looking to take the next step in their career. AAT Level 4 candidates with relevant management accounting experience will also be considered.

Working as part of a collaborative finance team and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play an important role in the production of accurate and timely financial information, supporting the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting month‑end close
