Job summary

Huntress are recruiting a Finance Manager to join a well-established SME in the manufacturing sector. You will oversee the day-to-day finance function and be hands-on.

Responsibilities include month-end close, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering with senior stakeholders. You will manage a small team (2) and maintain financial controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience in Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferable.
• Strong communication of financial information to stakeholders.

• Managing a small team (2)

• Business Partnering with senior stakeholders
• Maintain Financial Controls
• Liasing with external auditors

To be Successful in the role :

You will be Qualified or Qualified by Experience and will have been working in a Finance Manager role, ideally gained within an manufacturing or similar environment.

You will have a broad mix of both technical accounting and commercial finance. Experience of managing and developing a finance team is important, as is the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
