Albert Roger Group is seeking a Management Accountant for Bracknell, operating in a hybrid role with three days in the Bracknell office. You will own accounting and reporting across European entities and assist in consolidated group management accounts.

The role covers consolidation, intercompany processes, inventory, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting, with scope to improve finance processes as the business grows. Hybrid working is offered along with a competitive package.

Competenze

• Experience in a product-led or stock-holding business is essential.
• Strong multi-entity and consolidation experience required.
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong balance sheet and reconciliation skills.
• Good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS; VAT principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Practical approach to resolving complex accounting issues.

• Prepare monthly Group consolidated management accounts
• Produce accounts for individual European entities
• Prepare clear reporting for the Board, lenders and other stakeholders
• Manage Xero ledgers and key accounting entries
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Management Accountant Competitive Salary - Bracknell (Hybrid)

Are you a qualified Management Accountant with experience in a product-led business? Do you enjoy working across multiple entities, solving complex accounting challenges and turning numbers into clear, useful insight?

We re looking for a Management Accountant to join a growing international distribution group with several European subsidiaries.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week based in the Bracknell office.

The role

You ll play a key part in the finance team, taking ownership of accounting and reporting across individual European entities while supporting the preparation of consolidated Group management accounts.

It s a varied role covering consolidation, intercompany accounting, inventory, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting, with plenty of opportunity to improve processes as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Group consolidated management accounts
• Produce accounts for individual European entities
• Prepare clear reporting for the Board, lenders and other stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you ll need:

• Experience within a product-led or stock-holding business

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• Strong balance sheet and reconciliation skills
• Good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Understanding of UK and European VAT principles
• Advanced Excel skills
• A confident, practical approach to resolving complex accounting issues
