Job Description: Managed Services Support Engineer

We are seeking a Managed Services Support Engineer to join our client, a small but well-established IT Managed Services provider. The ideal candidate will have a proven MSP background with experience supporting 1st to 3rd line support and project-based work.

The role requires a broad range of technical skills, including:

  1. Windows
  2. Mac
  3. Server
  4. O365
  5. Azure
  6. SharePoint
  7. Active Directory
  8. Routers
  9. Firewalls
  10. Switches
  11. Backup solutions (e.g., Datto)
  12. Fortinet
  13. Autotask

This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
