The Pre-Sales Consultant, working within the managed services team, will serve as the subject matter expert for HSO's managed services. The role involves understanding business needs in a managed service context to support account managers in positioning and selling solutions and services, aiming to meet customer value and revenue goals. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies and managed service environments is essential, including experience in creating comprehensive cost models and support contracts.

The Pre-Sales Consultant reports to the Head of MS Service Delivery and Pre-Sales, collaborating with the MS pre-sales team, sales executives, and account managers.
Based anywhere in mainland UK, with willingness to travel to client sites and offices in Manchester, Glasgow, or Reading.
