The Role: Field Service Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing on-site support for our managed print solutions, ensuring our clients' systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform regular maintenance, and provide training to end-users.
• Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers and service desk to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Location as confirmed is – Bolton, Greater Manchester
