Job summary

Richardson International in the UK is seeking a Production Operator for the Crisp Malt site at Great Ryburgh. The role is shift-based on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with a salary up to £35,000 DOE. You will join a team producing quality malted ingredients and supporting busy production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment to ensure process timings and quality requirements consistently met.
• Able to work on a shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment to meet production schedules and transfer grain between stages.
• Follow production cards, document data and monitor quality parameters.
• Work with engineering to report faults and support CMMS maintenance.
• Carry out daily sampling and maintain HACCP hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleaning records and ensure correct PPE usage.
• Collaborate with the team to run production efficiently and safely.
