This isn't your average care role. One day you could be supporting at MMA training, the next exploring the Welsh countryside with three energetic dogs or heading out on spontaneous adventures.
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
Active Care Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer. However due to the nature of the position there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement to recruit male Personal Healthcare Assistants.
At Active Care Group we want everyone to feel welcome and supported. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. If you need any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment or interview process, just let us know and we'd be very happy to discuss this with you.
