Accomplish Group is seeking a Male Support Worker at The Paddocks in Swansea. JOB ROLE: Male Support Worker
LOCATION: The Paddocks, Birchgrove (SA7)
SALARY: £13.20 - £13.90* per hour
SHIFT PATTERNS: 08:30-21:00 & 21:00-08:00
Driving Licence Required
Please note: We require a Male Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we support, making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
About The Paddocks: The Paddocks in Swansea supports up to 5 adults with Mental Health needs. The staff team understand that recovery is a journey, and through outcome-focused approaches, they support people to achieve their goals. This Mental Health recovery residential service helps individuals build on their strengths, skills, and resilience.
