Dimensions is seeking a confident Male Support Worker to assist one young man in his 20s living in a bungalow in TF2. The role supports a person with learning disabilities and autism, using Positive Behaviour Support and structured routines.
Shifts include days and evenings. A full UK manual driving licence for mobility vehicle use is required. Training is provided for handling distress and transition planning, with opportunities for career progression.
Part-Time - 30 per week (Overtime Opportunities Available)
£13.96 per hour (complex rate due to behaviours of distress)

We're looking for a confident, patient and proactive Male Support Worker to join our team in TF2, supporting one young gentleman in his 20s who lives independently in his own bungalow.
He has a learning disability and autism, does not use words to communicate, and can experience behaviours of distress. Support is delivered using Positive Behaviour Support, PROACT-SCIPr-informed approaches, and clear, structured routines.
This is a highly active, relationship-based role where consistency, structure and trust are essential. Support within the home may move from 2:1 to 1:1, while remaining 2:1 in the community at all times.

You'll be a great fit if you are:
Experience in autism, behaviours of distress or Positive Behaviour Support is preferred, but full training will be provided.
