Job Title: Male Support Worker

Salary: £12.33 per hour

Additional Information: Full UK driving licence is essential.

Are you looking for a dynamic challenge to your support role? Then this role might be just for you! Your role will be to support 1 young man with autism in his own home, to achieve his objectives and deliver complex support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting.

As a support worker, you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support people to achieve their own personal goals, living the life they choose.

Supporting people to access the community for activities, day-to-day living, and wellbeing. The right applicant will enjoy an active day, engaging in activities like swimming, cycling, cinema, sailing, spending time in the garden, and sourcing new and exciting activities. You will also play an important role with families, supporting people to maintain good relationships.

If you are caring, committed, and compassionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, including paid induction and shadowing. This role involves working weekends and paid sleep-ins on a rota system.
