Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is recruiting a Male Support Worker for a supported living home in North Hykeham, near Lincoln. You will assist four men aged 30s to 60s with daily living tasks, mobility, meals, personal care and social activities.

You’ll drive an automatic car to enable outings and attend appointments, with regular sleep-ins and weekend work in a rolling rota. We value right values, a supportive team, and a person-centered approach.

We're looking for a Male Support Worker to join a supported living home in North Hykeham, where four men aged between their 30s and mid-60s share a home filled with humour and laughter. The gentlemen you'll support enjoy an active lifestyle, including cinema trips, football clubs, discos, gardening, and swimming. One person swims twice a week, so you'll need to be confident in the water and happy to get involved. You'll also support them to attend appointments and social events, often driving their automatic vehicles to help them enjoy the things they love. This is supported living, meaning every day you'll be empowering people to live life on their terms. You'll support with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, mobility, and building independence. Shift pattern: Rolling rota including 8am-9pm, 1:30pm - 10pm, 4.30pm-10pm shifts with regular sleep-ins (usually two per week). This role will include regular weekends. An example of the rota will be provided at the shortlisting stage.

• An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
