Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Support Worker in West Bromwich to help people gain independence and improve quality of life. You will work in a residential setting within a supportive team, assisting with daily activities and personal care while promoting social engagement in the community.

This role suits someone with a caring attitude and a genuine desire to learn, even without prior care experience. Full training and DBS checks will be provided to ensure safe, respectful support for residents.

Job description

Support Worker – West Bromwich - £12.72 per hour

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in West Bromwich is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
