We're looking for a patient, organised and personable Male Support Workerto join our team in Nottingham (NG5), supporting a gentleman in his 30s with autism.
This is a highly rewarding 1:1 lone-working role, where you'll build a strong, trusting relationship and support someone to live independently, confidently and on their own terms.
The gentleman you will support enjoys an active and social lifestyle. He loves getting out and about, exploring the local area and spending time pursuing his interests.

You'll provide personalised support tailored to the individual's needs, including:
Relief work is offered depending on service requirements and you have full flexibility to choose shifts aroundyour availability.
Experience is beneficial but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
