Nuffield Health is the UK's leading healthcare charity, and our Clean Team keeps our gym environments clean, safe and welcoming to every visitor. You’ll plan tasks with a Team Leader to ensure cleanliness never compromises the customer experience.

As a Clean Team Member you’ll operate scrubbers and carpet cleaners, be friendly in interactions with colleagues and customers, and take pride in high cleaning standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar cleaning role.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety rules.
• Good communication and friendly, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers and provide a welcoming environment.
• Take pride in your work and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow cleaning processes and ensure location is safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (scrubbers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Handle tasks across gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside areas.

That's why, if you're helping us to create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers, we'll really value what you do. As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers. As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club
• Care about our customers

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
