Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member at our Oxfordshire club. You will join the Clean Team, organizing your work with guidance from a Team Leader to keep areas clean and safe while maintaining a positive customer experience.

You will use modern cleaning equipment and participate in a comprehensive training programme. A friendly manner and good communication with colleagues and customers are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at the club.
• Care about customers and take pride in work.
• Ensure cleaning procedures are followed to keep locations safe and pleasant.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (scrubber dryers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Handle diverse tasks from gym areas to changing rooms, showers and poolside.

£27,248 pro rata
24 hours per week

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club
• Care about our customers
• Take pride in your work
• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
