Job summary

Everpool Recruitment invites applications for a PIP Disability Assessor role. Hybrid working, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a starting salary of £40,000 plus bonuses. Applicants must hold active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration and have at least 1 year of post-registration experience.

No hands-on care required, and sponsorship is not offered. You’ll use clinical knowledge to assess how disabilities impact daily living, performing consultations via phone, video, and in person, and writing objective

As a PIP Disability Assessor, you’ll use your clinical knowledge to understand how health conditions and disabilities affect daily living and mobility. Through phone, video and face-to-face consultations, you’ll gather information and write clear, objective reports to support decisions about benefit entitlement. No hands-on care required.

What you’ll get

• £40,000 starting salary
• £41,000 at 6 months following approval, then £42,000 at 12 months
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• 50/50 hybrid working after training

• Up to 10% annual quality and performance bonus, paid quarterly at 2.5% once fully approved

Who can apply?

Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists with active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration and at least 1 year of post-registration experience.

You’ll need strong communication, IT and report‑writing skills, a compassionate approach and full UK right to work.
