Job summary

Prime Life in Bedworth, Warwickshire, is seeking a committed Full-time Day Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Chamberlaine Court. You will support residents with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship, working a pattern 8am–8pm across a 7-day week.

No specialist qualifications are required as full training is provided; the role offers a great work-life balance and benefits including a funded DBS, holiday pay and Refer a Friend bonuses up to £250.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a difference for residents.
• Full training provided; prior care experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents with meals and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility and use of aids.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents on outings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote residents' well-being.
• Greet and assist family members visiting the home.
