Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Major Projects Manager to lead the development, management and delivery of major project opportunities ranging from £10m to £150m. You will coordinate commercial, operational and technical inputs to develop high-quality proposals and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree qualified in construction, engineering, commercial management, project management or related discipline.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, building materials or a similar sector.
• Knowledge of tendering, project delivery, bid management or commercial management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and coordinating major project opportunities from tender through to delivery.
• Leading bid and proposal activities, ensuring submissions are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Working collaboratively with commercial, operational, technical and procurement teams.
• Supporting contract management, forecasting, pricing and commercial reporting.
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying risks, opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
