At Heidelberg Materials UK, we're seeking a Major Projects Manager to support the development, management and delivery of major project opportunities ranging from £10m to £150m. Working closely with our Major Projects Director, you'll coordinate commercial, operational and technical teams to develop winning bids and ensure successful project delivery. The Major Projects Manager supports the development and delivery of major project opportunities across Heidelberg Materials UK. Working closely with the Major Projects Director and wider business teams, the role coordinates commercial, operational and technical inputs to develop high-quality proposals and support successful project delivery. The role is responsible for managing allocated major project opportunities, maintaining effective stakeholder engagement, monitoring commercial performance and ensuring projects are delivered in line with customer requirements and Company objectives. The position contributes to the growth of the major projects pipeline through effective planning, coordination and project management.
