Job summary

Premier, the UK’s leading Christian media agency, is seeking a Key Relationships Manager to grow and steward a portfolio of supporters. Based in London with a hybrid pattern, you will guide donor conversations from first contact to a formal invitation and ongoing care, working with senior colleagues to secure significant gifts.

You should be comfortable pursuing gifts up to seven figures and learning as you go.

Qualifications

• Living Christian faith with commitment to Premier's mission.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with senior individuals.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to ask for support.
• Track record of meeting targets and initiative.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of supporters and secure major gifts.
• Identify and approach potential donors and craft proposals.
• Represent Premier at donor meetings and events.
• Maintain records, follow up, and monthly reporting.
