Job summary

Liverpool FC Foundation is seeking an exceptional Business Development & Prospect Research professional to lead fundraising efforts and donor engagement. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, identifying major donors and corporate partners while coordinating with senior leaders to unlock sustainable income for the Foundation.

You will drive CRM adoption, reporting and analytics, ensuring accurate forecasts and performance insights across projects, campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and fundraising.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage pipelines.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and secure six-figure gifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategies to secure new philanthropic income.
• Identify, research and qualify major donors, corporate partners and sponsors.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects for sustainable income.
• Lead the donor cultivation journey from identification to stewardship.
• Lead CRM usage, reporting and forecasting.
• Represent Foundation at corporate, community and networking events.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to maximise fundraising opportunities.
