Job Title: Major Component Exchange Technician

Location: Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Travel Requirement: 100% travel throughout Ireland, UK, and Europe

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform works on ENERCON wind turbines across Ireland and abroad as part of the Update Support Team
• Carry out physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
• Check all components to ensure manufacturing standards are met
• Assist in mechanical installation and updates
• Collaborate with subcontractors on-site
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Update Support Manager

Qualifications and Profile:

• Experience on wind farm sites is advantageous
• Certifications such as Banksman/Slinger Course, CSCS Card, Telescopic Loader Ticket, and/or MEWP are beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office
• Effective workload management skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Willingness to travel nationwide and abroad
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work towards targets
• Positive, proactive team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
