Job summary

A well-established regional major loss operation in the UK is seeking several commercial major loss adjusters. These roles offer the opportunity to handle large and complex losses, with excellent support and competitive fees. Candidates will be home-based, ideally A/FCILA qualified, and will enjoy a basic salary of up to £75,000 along with a fee-related bonus and other benefits.

Job Profile

• Well-established regional major loss operation covering the area south of the M4 from Land's End to Dover, excluding Greater London, seeks several commercial major loss adjusters to handle large and complex losses exceeding £100,000 as part of a quality team.
• This recruitment aims to support ongoing expansion and succession planning.
• The roles offer high-quality work in the market, with excellent technical and administrative support to enable you to focus on providing top service to quality clients in exchange for competitive fees.
• Candidates will be home-based, residing anywhere south of the M4, with a preference for those in Hampshire, Berkshire, and Sussex.
• Ideally, candidates should be A/FCILA qualified; however, the client is open to individuals making significant progress towards these qualifications.
• Experience handling losses over £100,000 is preferred, but strong commercial adjusting backgrounds aiming to move into major loss work will also be considered.

Basic salary up to £75,000, plus an outstanding fee-related bonus, car/allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
