The Major Account Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements.

Your Impact
  1. Drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to serve the customer effectively.
  2. Utilize consultative selling to identify business challenges and create tailored solutions.
  3. Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks solutions effectively.
  4. Create clear goals and accurate forecasts by developing detailed territory plans.
  5. Leverage customer stories to craft compelling value propositions.
  6. Stay informed on industry news and trends affecting our products and services.
  7. Travel within your territory and to company meetings as needed.
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking/security industry; SASE knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven experience selling complex solutions and employing consultative sales techniques.
  • Technical understanding of how technology solutions address business problems.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Build relationships with channel partners for a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full sales cycle and structured sales process.
  • Holistic problem-solving skills considering complex interrelationships.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously.
