Hull And East Yorkshire Mind is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join the Property team, providing maintenance services to ensure safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments.

The role requires enthusiasm and adaptability, with a valid UK driving licence and use of a vehicle for work. DBS disclosure will be enhanced due to work in supported accommodation and regulated properties.

An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Worker to join our Property team. You will be providing maintenance service for our properties, ensuring our environments are safe, comfortable and well-maintained.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and adaptable with maintenance experience. Applicants will need a full current UK driving licence with use of a motor vehicle for work purposes.

As you will be providing maintenance services in supported accommodation and CQC regulated properties, this post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
