Bridgestaff Group Avonmouth is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join the engineering team at a newly established distribution centre. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across site infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll cover 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts, take part in an on‑call rota, and support projects and contractor work, with on‑site parking and a generous annual leave offering.

Competenze

• Qualified maintenance professional with warehouse/distribution/manufacturing experience.
• Time-served Electrician with relevant qualifications, or an equivalent HVAC qualification.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Experience using CAFM systems (Opuz) is desirable.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Support maintenance strategy, projects and budgets.
• Ensure tasks align with SFG20 standards and procedures.
• Record maintenance activities and actions using CAFM systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
