Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a large Housing Association to carry out reactive repairs on tenanted properties within the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will have proven carpentry skills and experience carrying out maintenance in social housing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A van and fuel card will be provided to support on-site work.
