HelloFresh in Derby, UK, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to fix, maintain and improve on-site equipment and systems. You will perform reactive and preventative tasks, log defects, and support contractors while upholding site health and safety standards.

The role involves planned maintenance on conveyors, refrigeration, doors, and related plant, with flexibility to cover shifts and weekends. DBS checks and UK work rights apply; join a team actively supporting employee networks and wellbeing

Qualificações

• Experience in maintenance or engineering field preferred.
• Knowledge of automated systems and PLC controls.
• Basic computer skills with CMMS or similar systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on plant and equipment including conveyors, thermoforming, refrigeration plant, doors, and dock levellers.
• Identify defects during PPM and undertake rectifications, recording actions.
• Conduct minor structural and electrical improvement works.
• Provide reactive support including breakdown responses and timely completion of work.
• Supervise contractors to ensure work follows specification and report issues.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance shift manager on task status and plant efficiency.
• Support operational projects on an ad-hoc basis.
• Flag low stock levels to maintain min-max inventory in CMMS.
