Job summary

Tate & Lyle Sugars is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide effective maintenance across process, packing, utilities and jetty areas. The role focuses on improving plant availability and reliability, with responsibility for scheduling, plant investigations, and improvements.

You will work Mon-Fri Days, ensuring safety, quality and environmental targets are met, and mentor colleagues in engineering practices while coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Comparable experience in maintenance within an automated continuous process environment, possibly with PLC/HT systems.
• Experience with Predictive/Preventive maintenance techniques and regimes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or better Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental targets.
• Carry out plant isolations and maintenance for mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Plan and schedule daily/weekly workload with Area Maintenance Leader.
