Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance incl. basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Practical DIY skills with hand tools.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general DIY duties.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure safe, operational conditions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues to high service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs in line with company policies.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations for a safe environment.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas well-presented and inviting.
