Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician Mechanical, you will maintain and repair all production equipment to ensure effective and safe operation, minimizing downtime.

• Perform corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance
• Repair production, processing, and utility equipment
• Support the installation of new equipment
• Document all repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Participate in BOPEX (continuous improvement) program
• Follow all procedures, regulations, and policies
• Report unsafe operations and use PPE as required
• Work flexible hours, including on-call outside regular hours

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or technical qualification or equivalent experience
• Mechanical knowledge
• Awareness of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety requirements
• Fluent English
• Computer skills
• Experience in machinery repair in a food or drink manufacturing environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork experience
